About Us
Magethi Industrial Psychology Services (MIPS) was established in 2014 by Mirriam Magethi, an experienced Industrial Psychologist with over 12 years of experience and a passion for psychology and its practical impact on people and organisations. MIPS was established with a commitment to making professional psychological services accessible beyond major urban centres and to supporting people and organisations through meaningful change and development.
MIPS is affiliated with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology of South Africa (SIOPSA), and the South African Medico-Legal Association (SAMLA). We uphold professional standards and approach our work with integrity, professionalism and a commitment to quality.
As a registered South African company with its head office in Pretoria and satellite offices across the country, MIPS provides professional psychological services to individuals, organisations and other professional stakeholders.
Our work spans medico-legal, psychometric assessments, leadership development, organisational development, training and career guidance, with a focus on helping people understand their strengths, capabilities and potential, while supporting organisations to build healthier, more effective and high-performing workplaces.
