It covers the injury, the diagnosis, the treatment, and the physical prognosis.<\/p><p>An industrial psychology assessment documents what that injury did to the person occupationally, their career trajectory, their functional capacity before and after the incident, and what the injury means for their earning potential going forward.<\/p><p>These are two distinct categories of evidence. Both are needed. And in our experience, the occupational component is the one most often missing from files \u2014 not because attorneys don&#8217;t know it matters, but because the right referral wasn&#8217;t made early enough.<\/p><p>At Magethi Industrial Psychology Services, we are available for medico-legal referrals across all personal injury matters \u2014 RAF claims, medical negligence, and occupational injury.
