Magethi Industrial Psychology Services (MIPS)<\/strong> was established in 2014<\/strong> by Mirriam Magethi<\/strong>, an experienced Industrial Psychologist with over 12 years of experience<\/strong> and a passion for psychology and its practical impact on people and organisations. MIPS was established with a commitment to making professional psychological services accessible beyond major urban centres and to supporting people and organisations through meaningful change and development.<\/p>

MIPS is affiliated with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology of South Africa (SIOPSA), and the South African Medico-Legal Association (SAMLA). We uphold professional standards and approach our work with integrity, professionalism and a commitment to quality.<\/p>

As a registered South African company with its head office in Pretoria and satellite offices across the country,<\/strong> MIPS provides professional psychological services to individuals, organisations and other professional stakeholders.<\/p>

Our work spans medico-legal,<\/strong> psychometric assessments, leadership development, organisational development, training and career guidance<\/strong>, with a focus on helping people understand their strengths, capabilities and potential, while supporting organisations to build healthier, more effective and high-performing workplaces.<\/p>
